Starfsemi sveitarfélagsins skert á meðan Covid-19 faraldurinn gengur yfir

Ýmsum aðgerðum er beitt til draga úr hraða og fjölda smita og til að vernda áhættuhópa.

Þær stofnanir sem hafa skert þjónustu sína eru:

• Afgreiðsla Ráðhúss sveitarfélagsins verður lokuð. Símsvörun er óbreytt og er íbúum bent á rafrænar gáttir, íbúagátt heimasíðu og tölvupóst á afgreidsla@hornafjordur.is . Fundir í Ráðhúsinu með utanaðkomandi í húsnæðinu eru ekki heimilir, notast verður við fjarfundarbúnað og símafundi. Nefndarfundir eru haldnir í fjarfundi.
• Reynt er að halda skólahaldi óskertu, foreldar eru beðnir að koma ekki í skólana. Yngri börnin eru í fullum skóla og eru þeim kenndar allar greinar í bekkjastofum þeirra, íþróttagreinar falla niður en kennt er úti ef veður leyfir. Bekkjadeildir frá 6.-10 bekk mæta í skólann annan hvern dag og fara heim í hádeginu, skv. skipulagi sem unnið hefur verið.
• Kátakot lokar tímabundið fyrir 3. og 4. bekk, 1. og 2. bekkur fá lengri viðveru en eru í sínum bekkjarstofum og blandast ekki við aðra bekki. Gjöld falla niður hjá þeim sem ekki eru í lengri viðveru.
• Leikskólinn hefur biðlað til forráðamanna sem hafa tök á, að halda börnunum sínum heima á meðan faraldurinn gengur yfir. Varðandi gjaldskrá leikskóla falla gjöld niður hjá þeim sem taka börnin sín úr vistun. Foreldrar eru beðnir um að fara að gát og koma ekki inn á deildar heldur einungis fara inn í fataklefana og gæta að 2 m fjarlægðarreglunnar. Ráðstafanir eru gerðar með útiveru, börnin fara einungis út með sinni deild og er garðinum skipt upp í þrjú svæði. Leikskólanum er lokað kl. 15:00 á daginn til að gefa starfsfólki tíma til að sótthreinsa leikföng, borð, stóla og aðra snertifleti.
• Félagsmiðstöðin Þrykkjan er lokuð.
• Sindrabæ er eingöngu haldið opnu sem skólahúsnæði fyrir Tónskólann, allir einkatímar eru óbreyttir og kennsla í tónfræði helst óbreytt. Lúðrasveitaræfingar falla niður ásamt öllu tónleikahaldi. Aðgangur annarra en starfsmanna og nemanda er ekki leyfður.
• Sundlaug og íþróttamannvirkjum hefur verið lokað, það á einnig við um, Báruna og Reiðhöllina við Stekkhól, þeir sem eru með hesta í Reiðhöllinni mega koma og sinna hestum sínum.
• Menningarmiðstöð Hornafjarðar söfnin og bókasafnið eru lokuð, upplýsingar um eru á facebookarsíðu Menningarmiðstöðvarinnar.

• Dagdvöl eldri borgara í Ekrunni er eingöngu opin fyrir þá sem eru skráðir þjónustunotendur dagdvalarinnar nýta þjónustuna. Starfsemi félags eldri Hornfirðinga er lokuð. Búið er að loka matsölunni.

Starfsmenn á stofnunum skipta sér í stöðvar/hólf, þeir sem eiga vaktaskipti hittast ekki til að halda öryggi og starfsemi sveitarfélagsins gangandi að örður leiti.

Unnið er að útfærslu vegna niðurfellingu á gjöldum eða frestun á gjalddögum hjá sveitarfélaginu í samræmi við tilmæli stjórnvalda.

Operation of the municipality limited during the COVID-19 epidemic

Hornafjörður is no exception to being affected by the covid-19 epidemic. According to the directions of the head epidemiologist and the civil defence services provided by the town have to be closed or limited. Various measures are being taken in order to slow down and reduce the number of infected indivudials and to protect the vulnerable.

Institution that have limited their operation:

• The front desk of the town hall is closed. The telephone is still operating and residents are advised to use the electronic access, íbúagátt, the town‘s website and email at afgreidsla@hornafjordur.is .
• Meetings in the town hall are restricted, teleconferencing equipment will be utilized as well as conference calls. Committee meetings are being held via teleconferencing equipment.
• School operation is unaffected as much as possible. Parents are asked not to come in to the schools. The younger children are in school full time and all their classes are taught in their classrooms, physical education has been stopped but will be taught outside if the weather is suitable.
• 6.-10th grade attend school every other day and go home for lunch, according to a schedule that has been made.
• Kátakot will close temporarily to 3rd and 4th grade, 1st and 2nd grade will stay longer in their classrooms and will not be mixed with other grades. Fees will not be charged for those who are not in after school care.
• The kindergarten has asked guardians who have the ability to keep their children at home until the epidemic subsides to do so. Fees for kindergarten and Kátakot will not be charged for children that are kept at home.
• Parents are asked to be cautious and to not come in to their childrens department but to only go into the cloak room (fataklefi) and be aware of the 2 meter distance rule. Precautions have been made for outdoor activites, the children only go out with their department and the garden has been divided into three areas. The kindergarten closes at 15:00 everyday so staff can disinfect toys, tables, chairs and other areas of contact.
• Þrykkjan youth centre is closed.
• Sindrabær is solely operating as school housing for the music school, all private classes are unaffected as well as classes in musicology (tónfræði). Brass band practises are cancelled as well as all concerts. Only staff members and students are permitted to be in the building.
• The swimming pool and all sports facilities have been closed, this includes Báran, the equestrian centre at Stekkhóll, those who have horses in the equestrian centre are allowed to go there and attend to their horses.
• The cultural centre of Hornafjörður (Menningarmiðstöð Hornafjarðar): The museums and the library are closed. Further information can be found on the  facebookprofile of Menningarmiðstöðin.
• The health clinic strongly advises using heilsuvera.is to renew prescriptions as much as possible. Clients inquiries will be solved by phone as much as possible. Those who come to the clinic should spend as little time there as possible and are not allowed to bring relatives.
• Visits to the nursing home Skjólgarður are not permitted, contact to relatives will be tried to be made by video message.
• At the offices of services for the disabled, Selið is closed and „home deliverered services“ are offered. Everybody gets food delivered to their home, more visits and staff members put more effort into keeping contact by phone, car rides for one service user at a time are on offer.

All events under the responsibility of the municipality have been delayed. Institutions of the municipality will be closed for unauthorized visits as much as possible. Staff members of institutions are divided into stations/compartments, those who work opposing shifts do not come in contact in order to ensure safety and operation of the municipality.

Execution of termination of fees or delay of settlement dates at the municipality is being worked on according to the governments request.

Let‘s keep up preventive efforts, follow instructions on handwashing as well as other sanitary habits and respect the gathering ban. 

Zmniejszone funkcjonowanie instytucji w gminie w trakcie trwania epidemii Covid-19

Gmina Hornafjörður tak jak większość gmin w kraju, nie lekceważy epidemii korona wirus Covid-19. Zgodnie z zaleceniami Naczelnej Izby Lekarskiej i Departamentu Ochrony Ludności usługi gminy muszą zostać wstrzymane lub ograniczone. Podejmowane są różne środki w celu zmniejszenia częstości występowania, liczby infekcji oraz ochrony osób z grupy ryzyka.

Instytucje, które ograniczyły swoje usługi to:

• Obsługa klienta w Ratuszu zostaje zamknięta. Połączenia telefoniczne nie ulegną zmianie. Mieszkańcy są kierowani na portale elektroniczne, portal mieszkańca, stronę internetową oraz drogę e-mailową na afgreidsla@hornafjordur.is .
• Spotkania z osobami z zewnątrz w budynku Ratusza są niedozwolone. Do spotkań wykorzystywane zostaną połączenia telefoniczne i telekonferencje. Posiedzenia komisji będą odbywały się zdalnie.
• Funkcjonowanie szkół będziemy starać się zachować w niezmienionym stanie. Rodzice proszeni są o nieprzychodzenie do szkoły. Młodsze dzieci zostają w szkole w pełnym wymiarze. W swoich salach lekcyjnych będą miały wykładane wszystkie przedmioty. Zajęcia sportowe zostaną zawieszone, jednak jeśli pogoda pozwoli, nauczanie będzie odbywać się na dworze. Klasy od 6 do 10 co drugi dzień będą uczęszczać do szkoły, gdzie zajęcia będą trwały do południa, według organizacji tak jak do tej pory.
• Kátakot tymczasowo zostaje zamknięty dla 3 i 4 klasy. 1 i 2 klasa będą dłużej przebywały w szkole, ale tylko w swoich salach lekcyjnych nie mieszając się z innymi klasami. Opłaty zostają wstrzymane dla tych, którzy nie będą korzystać z dłuższego pobytu dzieci.
• Przedszkole zwróciło się z prośbą, że jeśli rodzice mają taką możliwość, to żeby dzieci zostały w domu w trakcie trwania epidemii. Opłaty przedszkolne zostają anulowane dla tych rodziców, których dzieci nie będą korzystały z pobytu w przedszkolu.
• Rodzice proszeni są o zachowanie ostrożności i niewchodzenie na oddział, a jedynie do szatni i przestrzeganie zasady 2 m odległości. Środki ostrożności zostaną podjęte na zewnątrz, dzieci będą przebywały na dworze tylko z dziećmi ze swojej grupy, a podwórko zostanie podzielone na trzy sektory. Przedszkole będzie zamknięte po godz. 15:00 każdego dnia, po to, aby dać personelowi czas na dezynfekcję zabawek, stołów, krzeseł i innych powierzchni dotykowych.
• Klub młodzieżowy Félagsmiðstöðin Þrykkjan będzie zamknięty.
• Sindrabær będzie otwarte tylko dla szkoły muzycznej Tónskólinn, wszystkie prywatne lekcje pozostają niezmienione i nauczanie teorii muzyki pozostaje niezmienione. Ćwiczenia zespołów dętych są anulowane wraz ze wszystkimi koncertami. Wstęp innych osób niż pracownicy i uczniowie nie jest dozwolony.
• Basen i obiekty sportowe zostały zamknięte, w tym Báruna i Reiðhöllin w Stekkhól. Osoby posiadające konie mogą przychodzić do Reiðhöllinn, aby je doglądać.

• Odwiedziny w domu opieki Skjólgarð są zabronione, zalecamy kontakt z rodziną audiowizualny.
• W przypadku osób niepełnosprawnych Selið jest zamknięty i oferuje usługę tzw. serwis do domu, polegającą na tym, że wszyscy dostaną posiłki do domu, będzie też lepszy wgląd i pracownicy będą robić wszystko, aby być w dobrym kontakcie telefonicznym. Oferowana jest również usługa transportowa dla jednego pasażera jednorazowo.

Wszystkie lokalne wydarzenia zostaną przełożone. Lokalne instytucje zostają zamknięte dla osób z zewnątrz, według tego, co powyżej. Pracownicy instytucji zostają podzieleni na stacje / komórki, a ci, którzy pracują zmianowo, nie spotykają się, w celu zachowania bezpieczeństwa, aby inne działania gminy mogły przebiegać prawidłowo.

Pracujemy nad realizacją zawieszenia lub przesunięcia terminów opłat gminnych zgodnie z zaleceniami rządu.

Przestrzegaj środków ostrożności, postępuj zgodnie z instrukcjami dotyczącymi mycia rąk i higieny oraz przestrzegaj zakazu zgromadzeń.
