 Helstu breytingar eru þessar:

• 20 manna fjöldatakmörkun verður meginreglan.
• Undantekningar eru þó frá því, t.d. 50 manna hámark í jarðarförum og 100 manna hámark í tilteknum verslunum.
• Ekki verða breytingar á starfsemi leik- og grunnskóla og íþróttastarfi barna.
• Í framhalds- og háskólum verða 25 manna fjöldatakmarkanir og er þar miðað við algenga bekkjarstærð.
• Líkamsræktarstöðvum verður lokað, en sundlaugar verða áfram opnar með þrengri fjöldatakmörkunum eða 50% af leyfilegum fjölda samkvæmt starfsleyfi.
• Krám, skemmtistöðum og spilasölum verður lokað.
• Áfram verður eins metra reglan í gildi og grímuskylda þar sem ekki er hægt að tryggja eins metra fjarlægð.
• Keppni er heimiluð í íþróttum en virða skal 1 metra nálægðartakmörg í búningsklefum og á öðrum svæðum utan keppni og æfinga. Allt að 50 mega koma saman á æfingu og í keppnum.
• Með sama hætti og í íþróttum eru snertingar og nálægð undir 1 metra heimil í sviðslistum, tónlist, við kvikmyndatöku og sambærilegri starfsemi.

Ríkislögreglustjóri hefur lýst yfir neyðarstigi almannavarna í samráði við sóttvarnalækni vegna sýkinga af völdum COVID-19. Sóttvarnarlæknir beinir því sérstaklega til þeirra sem teljast til viðkvæmra hópa, þ.e. sem eru með undirliggjandi sjúkdóma og eldra fólks, að huga vel að sóttvörnum og forðast mannamót að óþörfu.

Áhrif á starfsemi Sveitarfélagsins Hornafjarðar

Meginreglan er sú að fylgja eftir tilmælum yfirvalda og fylgjast með þróun smita í heimabyggð. Eins og staðan er í dag hefur smitum ekki fjölgað, það eru 6 einstaklingar í einangrun og tveir einstaklingar í sóttkví samkvæmt heimasíðu HSU.

• Afgreiðslan í ráðhúsinu er opin en einstaklingar þurfa að panta tíma hjá starfsmönnum og grímuskylda er fyrir gesti.

• Starfsemi í Ekrunni.
• Opið er í dagþjálfun en lokað fyrir utanaðkomandi gesti.
• Heitur matur er afgreiddur í hádeginu alla daga.
• Kaffi á miðvikudögum fellur niður tímabundið á meðan samkomubann er í gildi.
• Einstaklingar í Ekrunni eru hvattir til að nota grímur þar sem ekki er hægt að uppfylla 1 meters regluna.
• Skjólgarður hjúkrunarheimili, almenna reglan er sú að lokað er fyrir heimsóknir.
• Skólastarf helst óbreytt.
• Sundlaug er opin miðað við gildandi samkomutakmarkanir.

Działania gminy Hornafjörður zgodnie z bardziej rygorystycznymi zasadami kontroli zakażeń

Po gwałtownym wzroście liczby zakażeń Covid w społeczności rząd zdecydował o zaostrzeniu środków kontroli choroby, aby zwalczyć rozprzestrzenianie się wirusa. Dziś, poniedziałek 5 października, weszło w życie nowe rozporządzenie, w którym Minister Zdrowia w dużej mierze opiera się na propozycjach działań epidemiologa. Główne zmiany są następujące:

• Główną zasadą będzie ograniczenie liczby osób do 20 osób.
• Istnieją jednak wyjątki od tej reguły, np. maksymalnie 50 osób na pogrzebach i maksymalnie 100 osób w niektórych sklepach.
• Nie będzie zmian w działalności przedszkoli i szkół podstawowych oraz w zajęciach sportowych dzieci.
• W szkołach średnich i uniwersytetach będzie limit 25 osób, w oparciu o zwykłą wielkość klas.
• Siłownie będą zamknięte, ale baseny pozostaną otwarte z mniejszym limitem osób lub 50% dozwoloną liczbą zgodnie z koncesją.
•  Puby, lokale rozrywkowe i punkty gry na automatach będą zamknięte.
• Zasada jednego metra pozostanie w mocy i obowiązek noszenia maski, tam gdzie nie jest możliwe zagwarantowanie odległości jednego metra.
• Zawody sportowe są dozwolone, ale ograniczenie odległości 1 metra w szatniach i innych miejscach poza zawodami i treningami musi być przestrzegane. Na treningach i zawodach może się spotkać nawet do 50 osób.
• Podobnie jak w przypadku sportów, kontakt i bliskość mniejsze niż 1 metr są dozowolone w przypadku sztuk scenicznych, muzyki, filmowania i podobnych czynności.

Komendant Główny Policji w porozumieniu z Głównym Epidemiologiem w związku z zakażeniami wywołanymi przez COVID-19, ogłosił stan wyjątkowy. Epidemiolog w szczególności kieruje te zasady do tych osób, które są zaliczane do grupy ryzyka, tj. które cierpią na choroby i osoby starsze, szczególnie aby wystrzegać się i unikać niepotrzebnych kontaktów z ludźmi.

Wpływ na działalność gminy Hornafjörður

Naczelną zasadą jest przestrzeganie zaleceń władz i monitorowanie rozwoju infekcji w okolicy. W obecnej sytuacji , wg. strony internetowej HSU, liczba infekcji nie wzrosła, 6 osób znajduje się w izolacji i dwie osoby na kwarantannie.

• Recepcja w ratuszu jest czynna, ale osoby muszą umówić się na spotkanie z pracownikami i zobowiązani są do noszenia masek.
• Zarząd oczyszczania miasta Áhaldahús jest zamknięty dla petentów, można zadzwonić pod nr tel. 470 8027.
• Vigtin jest zamknięty dla petentów, można zadzwonić pod nr tel. 470 8025.
• Biblioteka jest otwarta w normalnych godzinach otwarcia, ale zwraca się uwagę na działania zapobieganiu infekcji i ograniczenia odległości.
• Funkcjonowanie Ekra.
• Otwarte na zajęcia dzienne, ale zamknięte dla gości z zewnątrz.
• Codziennie w porze lunchu serwowane jest gorące jedzenie.
• Kawa w środy jest czasowo zawieszona do póki obowiązuje zakaz spotkań.
• Osoby w Ekra są zachęcane do używania masek, jeśli zasada 1 metra nie może zostać spełniona.
• W domu opieki Skjólgarður, ogólna zasada jest taka, że zamknięte jest dla odwiedzin.
• Funkcjonowanie szkół pozostaje bez zmian.
• Basen jest otwarty zgodnie z obowiązującymi ograniczeniami dotyczącymi spotkań.

Operations In the Municipality of Hornafjörður Following Stricter Infection Control Guidelines.

Following the rapid increase in Covid infections in the community, the government has decided to tighten disease control measures to combat the spread of infection. Today, on Monday, October 5th new regulations were passed where the Minister of Health decided to adopt the disease control measures proposed by the Chief Epidemiologist in Iceland to a large extent. The key changes are these:

• The main rule is that the maximum limit for gatherings has been lowered to 20 people.
• The exception to this is a 50 person maximum at funerals and 100 person maximum in certain stores.
• This will neither affect the operation of pre-schools and primary schools nor children's sports activities.
• In colleges and universities, there will be a limit of 25 people, with reference to the most common class size.
• Fitness centers will be closed, but swimming pools will remain open with a stricter gathering limit or 50% of the permitted maximum capacity according to the operating license.
• Pubs, clubs and arcades will be closed.
• The one-meter rule remains as well as the obligatory use of facemasks where it is not possible to guarantee a distance of one meter.
• Sports contests are permitted but the 1 meter proximity limit in changing rooms, and in other areas outside of competition and training, must be respected. Up to 50 people are allowed to gather to practise and compete.
• For the performing arts, music, filming and similar activities; the same applies as with sports with regard to exceptions from the 1 meter rule.

The National Commissioner of the Icelandic Police has declared a state of emergency in consultation with the Chief Epidemiologist, due to infections caused by COVID-19. The Chief Epidemiologist therefore instructs those who are particularly suspectiple to infection, i.e. those who have underlying diseases and the elderly, to pay particularly close attention to disease control and avoid human all unnecessary human contact.

How This Affects Operations in the Municipality of Hornafjörður

The main principle is to follow the recommendations of the authorities and monitor the development of infections locally. The current status as of today, is that the number of infections has not increased, there are 6 individuals in isolation and two individuals in quarantine according to The HSU website.

• The reception at the town hall is open, but individuals must make an appointment with the staff and all visitors are obliged to wear masks.
• The utility center is closed, contact 470 8027.
• The weighing is closed, contact 470 8025.
• The library is open with the same opening hours but staff is mindful of disease control and distance limitations.
• Operations in Ekran.
• Open for day training but closed to outside visitors.
• Hot lunches are served daily.
• Coffee service on Wednesdays is temporarily suspended during the ban.
• Individuals at Ekran are encouraged to use face masks where it is not possible to adhere to the 1 meter rule.
• The Skjólgarður nursing home will not be permitting visitations as a general rule.
• Schools will operate as before.
• The swimming pool is open, based on the current gathering restrictions.
